Almaden CEO Leandro Silva Joins Key Discussion on the Digital Future of Business and the Role of AI

On the morning of Thursday, June 12, the São Paulo office of L.O. Baptista Advogados hosted a high-level event titled “Innovation and AI: The Digital Future of Business.” The gathering brought together a diverse and engaged audience of legal and tech professionals to discuss how artificial intelligence is reshaping strategic decisions and transforming modern enterprises.

Among the featured speakers was Leandro Silva, CEO of  Almaden Inc., who joined a dynamic and interactive panel exploring the opportunities and challenges of using AI responsibly in corporate environments.

Leandro was invited to speak in recognition of  Almaden’s  global influence and leadership in digital innovation and Digital Employee Experience (DEX). His contribution added a practical and strategic perspective on how AI can accelerate performance and strengthen organizational culture.

“True innovation lies at the intersection of technology, purpose, and responsibility. Artificial intelligence is a powerful tool — but its value depends entirely on how we choose to use it,”

The Almaden CEO also noted that conversations around AI must go beyond the technical fascination and focus on real-world business and human impact:

“We’ve reached a point where strategic decisions can no longer rely on intuition alone. Data and AI bring a critical layer of intelligence to leadership — as long as they are applied with ethics and clarity of purpose.” says Leandro Silva, CEO Almaden, Inc.

Leandro shared the stage with prominent leaders including Lia Pullen Parente, a technology executive with over 20 years of experience; partners from L.O. Baptista, Fabrício Bertini Pasquot Polido, Maria Elisa Parente, and Renata Castro Veloso; and attorney Denise de Araujo Berzin Reupke. The session was moderated to promote active exchange between panelists and the audience, which participated with thoughtful questions and insights.

According to Leandro, Almaden’s participation in events like this reflects a key moment for the company:

“These events are valuable not only for the content shared but also because they demonstrate that Almaden is present — and has a voice — in important discussions about technology and digital transformation. It’s an organic validation — not a paid one — that we’re relevant and equipped to help shape the future of this industry.”

With a growing presence in both Brazil and international markets, Almaden’s focus on AI-driven Digital Employee Experience continues to gain attention. Participation in events like this reinforces the company’s commitment to responsible innovation, transparency, and generating meaningful impact for both business and society.
