The voice of the customer at the heart of progress: why NPS matters to Almaden?
The customer satisfaction survey is more than a metric. It is the tool that connects users’ real-world experiences to the decisions shaping the future of Collective IQ®.
At Almaden, we believe that a product is not built solely on technical requirements or market trends. Above all, it is built by listening to the people who use it every day.
That is why Net Promoter Score (NPS) plays a central role in our strategy. It is not just a number. It is a measure of the trust customers place in the platform, an honest snapshot of the real-world experience of those who rely on Collective IQ® to do their work.
And that is exactly why we take every response seriously.
What NPS is and why it matters?
NPS is an established methodology that measures how likely a customer is to recommend a product or service to someone else. The question is simple: on a scale of 0 to 10, how likely are you to recommend Collective IQ® to a colleague or business partner?
The answer to this question reveals more than satisfaction. It reveals loyalty. It reveals whether we are delivering real value or simply providing features. Most importantly, it reveals where we need to improve.
For Almaden, NPS is not a vanity metric. It is a practical tool. Every piece of feedback we receive is analyzed, categorized, and turned into concrete action. Responses help prioritize the product roadmap, guide development investments, and ensure that improvements align with what customers truly need.
Why Almaden cares about customers’ opinions?
Almaden was founded with a clear purpose: to simplify IT asset management and the digital employee experience. But simplifying does not mean guessing. It means gaining a deep understanding of the challenges faced by people on the front lines every day, dealing with devices, applications, tickets, and the pressure to deliver results.
That is why customer feedback is treated as a strategic asset. We do not want to build a product that makes sense only to us. We want to build a product that makes sense to the people who use it.
“At Almaden, we believe that the best product decisions come from actively listening to our customers. NPS is not just a satisfaction metric. It is the mechanism that keeps us honest, focused, and aligned with what truly matters to those who place their trust in our company.”
— Leandro Silva, CEO of Almaden
How NPS data shapes Collective IQ® ?
The feedback collected through NPS does not sit in a report. It fuels a continuous cycle of improvement.
When a customer points out that a particular feature could be more intuitive, it is added to the priority list. When another suggests an integration that would make their daily work easier, the product team evaluates it. When a user reports difficulty finding specific information, it leads to an interface adjustment.
This cycle allows Collective IQ® to evolve consistently without losing sight of its core purpose: to be a simple, effective solution aligned with real market needs.
And this is only possible because customers take a few minutes to respond. Every response, however simple it may seem, helps make the platform more efficient, more intuitive, and more valuable for everyone.
Almaden’s NPS survey
This year, the customer satisfaction survey is being conducted by Almaden’s Customer Success team. It will be sent to all of the company’s customers during the first week of November.
The goal is clear: to collect structured feedback to guide the next improvements to Collective IQ®. Responses will be carefully analyzed and turned into concrete actions that will benefit the entire customer base.
If you are an Almaden customer, visit the CIQ portal to complete the survey or check your email (you also received the link there).
Every response is a step toward a Collective IQ® that is more closely aligned with real market needs.
