Almaden has acquired the customer contracts, for both the Point of Business (POB) and RMS applications, from RMS Services Ltd*, along with the UK Support staff. This will ensure continued support for RMS Services Ltd (POB) customers.
Almaden will continue to support POB customers from the UK and the customer support processes will be the same as they were for RMS Services Ltd. In addition to the support contracts, Almaden also will continue to honor all outstanding Service Credits that customers have purchased.
